MNEME is early-stage. This page explains, plainly, what happens if you share information with us through this site, and the basic terms of using it. It will be expanded as MNEME's product and operations develop.
This policy covers the personal information you may provide by using the forms on mneme.health — the "Get early access" and "Start a conversation" forms. It does not yet cover a MNEME product, because one is not yet in operation; it will be superseded by a fuller policy once MNEME's service is live.
Depending on which form you use, we collect:
We collect this only when you choose to submit a form. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site at present.
Solely to respond to you — to follow up on early-access interest, or to have the conversation you requested. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
We keep submitted information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you or to keep you informed as MNEME develops, and we delete or anonymize it on request (see Your rights).
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which receives and delivers your submission to us. Formspree is based in the United States; submitting a form may involve your information being transferred to and processed in the US. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties.
This page and the main site load fonts from Google Fonts. Loading a font involves your browser making a request to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address in the process. We do not otherwise use Google or any analytics service to track visitors.
Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the UK or EU, this reflects your rights under the UK GDPR / EU GDPR; we extend the same practice to everyone, regardless of location.

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted to us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
This site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 16.
We may update this page as MNEME develops. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

MNEME is an early-stage company building healthcare continuity infrastructure. This website describes the concept, shares our progress honestly, and collects interest from patients and from clinicians, institutions, and payers. It is not, itself, a medical product or service in active operation.
This site and the information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As an early-stage company, MNEME's plans, mechanism, and timeline may change.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MNEME is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
